WINNIPEG (Dow Jones)--The Canadian Food Inspection Agency, or CFIA, has concluded its investigation of "animals of interest" related to the confirmation of a six-year old dairy cow in British Columbia with bovine spongiform encephalopathy, or mad-cow disease, on April 16, said a release from the CFIA.
