GeneThera, Inc. today announced that on Thursday March 29, 2007, a federal judge ruled that the federal government must allow meatpackers to test their animals for Mad Cow Disease. Kansas meatpacker Creekstone Farms Premium Beef wants to test all of its cows for the disease, a move that larger companies feared.
