Assault charges: Two young men were charged with felony assault after being accused of attacking a Nyack College student on Highland Avenue. Karl Dubuisson, 19, of 33 Washington St. in Nyack and Bradford Downing, 20, of 755 Route 9W in Valley Cottage were both charged with second-degree assault.
