Drug arrest: Justin Rouse, 19, of Hudson Falls, N.Y., was arrested about 10:30 p.m. Saturday. State troopers from the Haverstraw barracks stopped the vehicle he was in for a traffic violation and found more than 1.5 ounces of cocaine and a small amount of marijuana, police said.
