WINNIPEG (Dow Jones)--The Canadian Food Inspection Agency's, or CFIA, investigation into Canada's 12th case of bovine spongiform encephalopathy, or mad cow disease, was unable to find a precise link to how the animal caught the disease, but the agency said the most likely route of infection was through feed rations.
