Canada on Friday said it has discovered the country's 16th case of mad cow disease in an animal at a farm in the province of Alberta. The six-year-old dairy cow from Alberta has confirmed bovine spongiform encephalopathy -- the scientific name for mad cow disease -- the CFIA said. [News Source]
