TAIPEI, Taiwan --Department of Health (DOH) Minister Yaung Chih-liang said yesterday that in case of the outbreak of mad cow disease in the U.S. or that the imports are found to contains specified risks materials (SRMs), the government can apply relevant health regulations or use administrative means to suspend beef imports from the U.S.
